The Gateway Family YMCA's 7th Grade Initiative invites all seventh graders entering the 2026-2027 school year to join at no cost, requiring only proof of grade and a guardian's signature.

Registration is available in person at four Union County locations: the Elizabeth Branch at 135 Madison Avenue, the Five Points Branch in Union at 201 Tucker Avenue, the Rahway Branch at 1564 Irving Street, and the Wellness Center Branch in Union at 1000 Galloping Hill Road.
