Clark Property Tax
Clark property taxes are collected by the Tax Collector's Office.
- Due dates
- Clark property tax payments are due February 1, 2026, May 1, 2026, August 1, 2026 and November 1, 2026.
- Grace period
- Clark allows a 10-day grace period after each due date.
- Interest
- 8% on the first $1,500 past due and 18% for any amount over $1,500.
- Card fee
- Visa Debit $3.95; all other cards approximately 2.95% of the total bill (2026 Resident Guide p.15)
- eCheck fee
- No fee for electronic check (2026 Resident Guide p.15)
- Payment methods
- ACH (prearranged); online credit card or checking transfer via WIPP; mail/in person per Tax Collection page.
