3rd Annual Italian Heritage Festival, Roselle Park,

On Saturday, October 17, Roselle Park gathers to celebrate Italian heritage and community roots. The 3rd Annual Italian Heritage Festival runs from 5 to 9 p.m. at Michael Mauri Gazebo Park. Mayor Joseph Signorello Jr. describes the festival as a tradition that highlights the cultural roots within the community. "It's a reminder of how we continue to honor its history while bringing people together in the spirit of family and heritage," he said.

Councilwoman Rosanna Antonuccio-Lyons connected the event to Italian Heritage Month, a time to honor those who came before us. "Italian Heritage Month is a time to honor those who came before us — the families who left Italy, made sacrifices, and built new lives while carrying their traditions and love of home in their hearts. This festival is a chance to celebrate where we came from, cherish our heritage and keep the Italian spirit alive through family, food, and friendship."

The evening brings together live music, authentic performances, and traditional Italian food. Children will enjoy inflatable rides and other entertainment throughout the park. Admission is free and open to residents of all ages. Whether you are connecting with your own heritage or learning about Italian traditions, the festival invites neighbors to gather, share stories, and celebrate together.
