Planning Board Meeting in Cranford, NJ — July 2026
The Planning Board of the Township of Cranford conducts regular monthly meetings open to the public. These meetings review zoning and land-use applications, subdivision plans, and other planning matters that affect the township's development and growth.
The July meeting is divided into two portions. The workshop session begins at 7:30 PM in Conference Room 108. The formal public meeting follows immediately after in Council Chambers, with proceedings commencing no later than 8:00 PM. All foreseeable meetings are designated as sessions at which formal action may be taken.
Attendance is open to all residents and interested parties. You may observe proceedings, request public comment opportunities, or review agenda items in advance. The meeting takes place at the Municipal Building, 8 Springfield Avenue, Cranford, NJ 07016. Parking is available on-site.

What time should I arrive if I want to attend the public meeting?
