Reeves-Reed Arboretum, 165 Hobart Avenue, takes part on Saturday only, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. It will display historic photographs and artifacts, plus a replica Revolutionary War signal beacon. Free horticulture and history tours start at 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., with no registration needed.
Twin Maples, 214 Springfield Avenue, offers free tours from noon to 5 p.m. both days. On Sunday from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m., historian Joel Farkas presents “Women and the American Revolution.” The talk is free, and no reservation is needed.
