Framebridge Ribbon Cutting in Westfield, NJ

Downtown Westfield’s mix of shops keeps shifting toward stores that offer something you can’t easily get online: a person to help you decide. Framebridge, a framing company that started online and has since opened stores, now has a location on East Broad Street. On Monday, October 19, the Greater Westfield Area Chamber of Commerce welcomes it with a ribbon cutting.

The ceremony runs from noon to 1 p.m. at Framebridge, 220 East Broad Street, Westfield. Union County Life covers downtown openings so Westfield residents know what’s new on their main streets.

Custom framing means a frame built to fit a specific piece, like a photo, a print, or a child’s drawing. At the Westfield store, customers can bring in photos or artwork and work with a design associate to choose a frame, then place the order the same day. The store frames pieces up to 40 by 60 inches and offers same day gift options. Framebridge lists custom framing starting at $50.

The store is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Walk ins are welcome, and larger projects can be booked by appointment through the Framebridge website.

With the holiday season weeks away, a new gift option downtown gives shoppers one more reason to stay local in Westfield rather than shop online. Explore Westfield businesses, programs, and local news on Union County Life.
