Indoor Golf Classes at Chisholm in Springfield, NJ — November 2026
Chisholm Community Center (Lee Adler Memorial Gymnasium) · 100 South Springfield Avenue
According to the Township of Springfield's announcement on October 2, 2026.
Indoor golf classes for kids are back at the Chisholm Community Center this fall. The small group classes include individual instruction, and all equipment is provided.
Kids ages 6 to 11 meet on Mondays from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. ET in the Lee Adler Memorial Gymnasium at the Chisholm Community Center, 100 South Springfield Avenue, in Springfield. Classes run Oct. 19 through Dec. 7, 2026, with no classes on Oct. 26 or Nov. 2.
TGA Junior Golf teaches the classes in partnership with the Springfield Recreation Department. TGA says its coaches are trained and vetted. Union County Life is sharing the details so local families can plan their Mondays.
The program covers more than golf skills. TGA says lessons include sportsmanship, perseverance and leadership, along with skill fundamentals, rules and etiquette, and games with friends. Kids also work on academic concepts through game play, and achievement awards are given at the end of every session.
Beginners and more experienced players are both welcome. The cost is $150 per child. Families can register online through the link on the township's post.
The township post does not list a registration deadline, say whether kids can join after the Oct. 19 start, or give parking details. For those questions, contact Nick Meltzer at nmeltzer@playtga.com or (646) 591-7475.
The last class of the fall series is Monday, Dec. 7, 2026.
