Berkeley Heights comes together for the Kimberly Anne Wilson Foundation's 5K Race For Mental Health, a morning celebration of fitness, community, and mental health awareness. Whether you run, walk, or bring your young children, there's a way for everyone to participate and support this important cause.
The event begins at 9:30 a.m. at Veterans Memorial Park. Participants can choose from three options: a USA Track and Field–sanctioned and certified 5-kilometer road race, a 1.5-mile fitness walk for families and non-runners, or a Tot-Trot for young children. Professional warm-up and cool-down sessions are offered before and after the race to help all participants prepare and recover.
