Leaf Collection Section 4 in Berkeley Heights, NJ — November 2026
Curbside pickup, Section 4 streets
According to the Berkeley Heights Township calendar and Leaf Collection page.
Section 4 in Berkeley Heights has its first curbside leaf pickup the week of Monday, November 16, to Friday, November 20, 2026. The second Section 4 pickup is December 21 to December 24. The Township calendar lists the pickup week as all day and does not give a time of day.
The Berkeley Heights Department of Public Works runs the collection. Residents can find their section on the Township's Sections by Street Name page at berkeleyheights.gov/sections. Bags go out before the pickup week.
Leaves must be in paper biodegradable bags, stacked neatly at the curb. Bags may hold only leaves and may not sit on driveways or block catch basins or sidewalks. The Township says bags that break these rules will be left for the resident. From November 1 to December 31, residents may also bring paper bagged leaves to the DPW at 101 Berkeley Avenue on the first and third Saturdays of the month, 9 a.m. to noon. County roads follow separate pickup dates on the 2026 flyer.
The Township does not say what time crews will reach each street. Questions go to the Berkeley Heights DPW at 908-464-2700 ext. 2167.
