The Summit Common Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2026, on an ordinance that amends the city rules on drones and other unmanned aircraft.
The council meets at 7:30 p.m. ET in the Common Council Chamber at City Hall, 512 Springfield Ave., in Summit. The drone measure, Ordinance 26-3399, was introduced on Oct. 20, 2026, and is up for public hearing and final consideration. The public may comment during the hearing.
