The Greater Westfield Area Chamber of Commerce invites the community to prioritize wellness during a week dedicated to health, fitness, and overall well-being. The Week of Wellness brings together local health and fitness professionals for classes, seminars, and wellness experiences throughout the week.
The Week of Wellness runs from Sunday, September 13, through Friday, September 18, 2026. One ticket gives access to a variety of 30–60 minute workouts, seminars, and wellness experiences offered throughout the week by participating health and wellness businesses. Participating businesses include AbunDance Legacy of Dance, All & Everything Health, Anointed Vessel, Atlas Chiropractic Wellness Centre, Balanced Corrective Chiropractic, GameChanger Fitness Garwood, GameChanger Fitness Springfield, Jordana Edelstein Coaching, Luminate Gynecology, Out Run Your Fork, Real Hot Yoga Fanwood, and SETS Hybrid Training Clark.
The week features a Health & Wellness Expo at Out Run Your Fork where attendees can connect with participating businesses, learn about local health and wellness resources, explore products and services, and attend four 10-minute presentations from participating businesses. All registrants receive an email with a Google Sheet outlining available time slots for each business. Participants can review the schedule, choose classes and sessions, and plan their week around their availability.
