Springfield is offering a year-round weekly volleyball program for adult women. The non-competitive program provides an opportunity to stay active, connect with neighbors, and enjoy recreational sports in a welcoming community setting.
The Women's 18+ Volleyball Weekly runs Tuesdays from 7 to 8:30 p.m., September 2026 through August 2027, at Chisholm Community Center (Lee Adler Memorial Gymnasium), Springfield. The program is open to women ages 18 and older who reside in Springfield. No volleyball is scheduled for Tuesday, September 1, 2026 (floor waxing), Tuesday, November 3, 2026 (general election), and Tuesday, June 8, 2027 (primary election). Summer and holiday schedules may vary.
The program offers non-competitive volleyball games, allowing participants to enjoy the sport at a recreational level. The cost is $35 per player for the full season. Registration is online only at register.communitypass.net/springfield using Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. Each participant receives a shirt and all equipment is included. The refund deadline is Friday, August 28, 2026.
