
Johnson Girls Lacrosse Enjoying Successful Season and Notable Player Milestones

CLARK, NJ — The Arthur L. Johnson (ALJ) High School girls lacrosse team is enjoying a successful season and celebrating several individual player milestones.The team is currently 5-0 in its conference and 8-1 overall.Notable individual accomplishments include:Kayla DeReamer reached 100 draw controlsBridget Bennett reached 300 saves in net Freshman Sloane Bienkowski was named Player of the Week (for the week ending on April 23)Head Coach Meghan Santina told TAPinto Clark, “This group has worked extremely hard to overcome obstacles throughout this season. These girls define what it means to leave everything on the field with their undeniable work ethic. Their season has been built on a foundation of grit and relentless hustle. This group is eager to win and do whatever it takes to make that happen.
