Springfield Police Investigate Thefts from a Spa and Liquor Store

SPRINGFIELD, NJ – Detectives from the Springfield Police Department on April 9 received a report of a customer failing to pay for services at a Morris Avenue spa. As a result of a follow-up investigation, a 65-year-old Springfield woman was charged with theft of services.On April 6, in an unrelated case, a 31-year-old East Orange man was charged by Springfield police with two counts of theft as a result of a Detective Bureau follow-up investigation of multiple shoplifting incidents reported at a Route 22 liquor store.
