CRANFORD, N.J. — A new network television drama is bringing lights, cameras and production crews to Cranford Monday, as filming for the upcoming CBS series “Cupertino” takes place on Holly Street.The show, expected to debut during the 2026–27 television season, stars Mike Colter as an attorney who loses his job in a corporate scandal and teams up with another lawyer to take on wealthy tech leaders. The series is described as a David-versus-Goliath legal drama set in Silicon Valley.Additional cast members include Rachel Keller, Renée Elise Goldsberry and Busy Philipps.Production activity in Cranford has drawn attention from residents, with a portion of Holly Street transformed into a filming location as crews shoot scenes for the series. The project continues a recent trend of television and film productions, choosing Cranford as a backdrop.CBS has ordered scripts for the series, though an official premiere date has not yet been announced.
