
City of Linden Free Rabies Clinic a Success

Linden, NJ— On Saturday, May 2, 2026, The Linden Health Department held a successful Rabies Vaccination Clinic at Linden Fire House #2 located at 302 West St. George Ave. The clinic was very successful and vaccinated approximately 60 dogs and cats. This clinic was the first in their series of rabies vaccination clinics.Aimee Puluso, Linden Health Officer, stated," Rabies vaccination is so extremely important for everyone's dogs and cats, even if they don't go outside." These vaccinations are free and open to all residents in the State of NJ. If you miss our dates, you can go to any other municipality throughout the state, said Puluso. Below are the additional dates for Free Rabies Vaccination Clinics.Wednesday, May 13th at Firehouse # 3, 4 pm-8 pm, located at 1205 East Elizabeth Ave.Monday, May 18th at Firehouse #1,4pm.- 8 pm, located at 302 South Wood Ave.If you have any questions about the rabies vaccine, please call the Board of Health at 908-474-8409 or health@linden-nj.gov.
