As a junior in 2025, Moore caught 14 passes, averaged nearly 19 yards per catch, and finished with two touchdowns on a team that went 10-1. His development from last season to this year represents dramatic growth in both performance and confidence.

"Q is already only 10 yards away from his receiving yardage from last season, and has more touchdowns than he did a season ago," head coach Anthony Conzentino said. Conzentino is in his first year leading the Pioneers.

Conzentino credited the connection between Moore and starting quarterback Kevin Reilly, who is in his second season under center. Reilly has thrown touchdown passes to five different receivers through three games, spreading the offensive load across a balanced attack.

"The chemistry he has with our quarterback Kevin Reilly is undeniable, and because of that, Quentin has become a key playmaker for our team," Conzentino said.

MORE THAN STATISTICS

Moore said his development since last season goes beyond the numbers. "I've gotten stronger and taller, but I think the biggest thing is my confidence. I feel a lot more comfortable with my game and just playing with confidence overall," he said.

He also described a shift in his role: "I'd say my role has changed into more of a playmaker, where I need to be someone who can go out and make a play for the team. I've also had to step up and become more of a leader."

On defense, Moore serves as the vocal leader of the backfield, setting coverage assignments and making sure teammates are in position, according to Conzentino. His leadership extends beyond his own performance to anchoring the defensive communication.

MEMORABLE MOMENTS

Moore's most memorable game came in 2025, when New Providence defeated Delaware Valley 32-7. In that game, he scored his first two varsity touchdowns and recorded his first 100-yard receiving game — a performance that set the foundation for his current breakout season.

Moore credited the team's cohesion to years of playing together. "A lot of us have been playing together since fourth grade, so we already have that chemistry and trust with each other," he said.
