Daneault was selected for the team "Les Boreales" and moved to Laval for the summer to play for that team.

Team Quebec achieved a 6-0 record and won the gold against Alberta. "The tournament was amazing," Daneault said. "I met new people and made friends; it's something that I'll never forget. Winning was one thing, but just playing on the field with that group of girls was wonderful."
