According to Linden Public Schools' announcement.
Families who want to connect with others in the school district have an evening set aside for them next month.
The Linden Public Schools Special Education Parent Advisory Council, known as SEPAC, will host its November Meet & Greet on Tuesday, Nov. 10, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. The event takes place at 170 Hussa St., in the AOE Building, in Linden.
At the event, families can meet the SEPAC Council cochairs and learn about the council's mission and upcoming events. There will also be time to connect with other families, share experiences, and explore helpful resources.
The council described the evening as a chance to meet families and discover ways to get involved. "We look forward to meeting you, hearing your experiences, and continuing to build a stronger, more connected community for our children," the SEPAC announcement said.
The council asks families to RSVP. Families can sign up through the district's registration form or by scanning the QR code on the event flyer.
The announcement does not list a cost, an RSVP deadline, parking or accessibility details, or the names of the cochairs. Families with questions can email SEPAC at SEPAC@lindenps.org.
