Recreation Department Announces July 2026 Calendar for 55+ Community

The Springfield Recreation Department offers a variety of activities and services for residents aged 55 and older. Programs include games, fitness classes, transportation, and community events.
Game offerings include bingo, poker, dominoes, rummikub, and puzzles. A computer lab is available. Indoor open-play pickleball is free with annual registration. Exercise classes include "Shape Up with Liz," "Forever Fit with Betsy," and "Movement & Music with Lisa," all requiring free annual registration, according to Union County Life's coverage of Springfield senior programs.

Blood donation opportunities are also available. Eligible residents may donate blood at the Chisholm Community Center by calling the New York Blood Center at 732-672-5281.
