Roselle Thanksgiving Food Drive Seeks Donations and Volunteers

Maria Torres · Union County Life

According to the Borough of Roselle's announcement.

Residents of Roselle can help ease holiday costs for local families this Thanksgiving. The borough is collecting food and money now for its Thanksgiving Food Drive.

Mayor Donald Shaw and the Roselle Borough Council are hosting the drive. The borough is asking community members to donate food, give money or spread the word to neighbors, and says every donation directly assists local families during the holiday season.

Canned or boxed food that will not spoil is being accepted, along with monetary gifts. Donations can be dropped off in person at the Borough of Roselle Municipal Clerk's Office, 108 West 3rd Avenue.

To give by mail, send cash or a check made payable to the Borough of Roselle to the same address, with "2026 Thanksgiving Drive" in the memo line.

The Thanksgiving food distribution will take place Saturday, Nov. 21, starting at 10 a.m. at the Council Chambers, 210 Chestnut Street.

The borough is also looking for volunteers to help with setup and food distribution. Anyone interested can contact Raven by email about volunteering.
