Rahway Craft and Art Fair Set for Rahway Recreation Center

Shoppers looking for handmade gifts and original art have a free place to browse on Saturday, Nov. 7.
The Rahway Craft and Art Fair runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Rahway Recreation Center, 275 E Milton Ave, in Rahway. Admission is free. Every item for sale is handmade, and the city says no mass produced goods will be sold.
The City of Rahway presents the fair, and the city's Gallery Space handles questions about the event.
Crafters, artisans and fine artists will offer paintings, prints, photography, mixed media pieces and drawings. Shoppers can also find jewelry, pottery, stained glass, quilts, original clothing, toys and other unique crafts.
The fair is a chance to support local art and buy pieces made by hand. The recreation center is near the Rahway Train Station and a short ride from NJ Turnpike Exit 11 and Garden State Parkway Exit 135. Parking is available in the City Hall parking lot.
